Math Scores Just Not Adding Up

Senior students are still lagging in math as shown on the national math tests. Should our senior students be able to do math at the basic level? One would certainly think so, however, more than 40% of the senior students did not reach basic level on the national math test. Remember, a basic level skill would be to show the ability to convert a fraction to a decimal and convert a decimal to a fraction.
