Cramming for an Exam? Test?

Then you should know that cramming almost serves no purpose over the long run. Although it may get you through a test or exam, it appears to have little effect over the long term as retention is minimal. Cramming serves one purpose–to pass the test at hand. However, for solid learning of given material, it is important to stretch personal hours of study time.
