Deb, I am a new student on math. At first, when I started learning solving for x, everything was exciting for me. But then I had a very simple area problem that I couldn’t solve, tried different places for help, (including math central) and as I didn’t get an answer, I started loosing interest. I saw your place and the positive way you talk about math, and I really admire persons like you, that can stand for what they like. Isn’t it perhaps the christmas season that is slowing me down?
I like your place. I’ll read it and follow all the links to see if I can catch the math spirit again.
