Whether it's a restaurant, a manicure, a massage, the paperboy or the salon, you have probably at some point (or many points) in your life left a tip. Sometimes, the tip is already established and at other times, it's determined by you, the customer. If you get great service and want to leave a tip, what is your strategy for calculating the tip?
