Although it's convenient to memorize the surface area and volume formulas, it doesn't always happen. Here's a 9 page article with visuals for the surface area and volume formulas for the most common shapes and solids. After all, the visual is worth a thousand words! AND, for those learners who prefer to have a video tutorial for these, you're in luck!  Video tutorials for surface areas and volumes are here.
