How To Use Target Worksheets:
When using the target worksheets, the outer ring is blank and is where the product (answer) goes the the fact. Take the middle target number and multiply it by the number in the next ring. Print several of the worksheets off and begin timing how long it takes the child to complete the worksheet. The goal is to build fluency, speed and accuracy with each of the timestables. It is not a good strategy to use random facts until the child has mastered a solid undertanding of each of the facts. Begin with the 2, 5 and 10 timestable facts first. Random facts should be used last, after the child has some good familiarty with each of the facts.
