Tonya starts the game by shooting the basketball from such a tough position, she's betting that Zora can't shoot it from there. Tonya makes the shot, but Zora misses. Consequently, Zora earns an "H".
Now, it's Tonya's turn. She shoots, the ball smacks the backboard, and Tonya is disappointed that the ball ricochets to her feet. Tonya earns an "H". Zora actually makes the shot.
Zora and Tonya continue this back and forth until one of them spells H-O-R-S-E. The first person to spell H-O-R-S-E loses, and the winner is the one who doesn't have H-O-R-S-E.
